What is the MICE Partner Network, and how does it relate to MICE Portal?

The MICE Partner Network is the European supplier network for professional event procurement. It is the supplier base MICE Portal has built over 20 years, now with its own name. It is operated and hosted by MICE Portal GmbH and used by MICE Portal Shops in DACH and international markets and by OneMICE Shops in France. It is not a new company and not a new account.

I was already in the supplier database. Do I need a new login?

No. Your existing access and your profile stay as they are. There is nothing to re-register and nothing to pay. If your password no longer works, you can set a new one via the password reset.

What does registration cost?

Nothing. Registration, your profile and your listing are free and stay free. Commission applies only when a booking comes through the network.

Will I receive requests that actually fit my property?

Requests come from corporate planners who search the network by location, capacity, equipment and sustainability. The more complete your profile, the more often you appear in those results. The data score in your account shows where your profile still has gaps.

Which corporates buy through the network?

Corporate clients from insurance, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, chemicals, energy and financial services buy through the network, either directly or through the agencies working on their behalf.

How much effort is it to maintain my profile?

Your profile needs attention when something at your property changes, for example new capacities, images or equipment. The data score in your account shows which details are still missing and what each one adds.

Can I manage several properties or locations with one account?

Yes. Access is personal, so several colleagues can have their own login for the same property. If you look after a chain or a portfolio,  Partner Management sets up a Sales Manager login from which you open every assigned property, edit its profile and see the dashboards.
