I was already in the supplier database. Do I need a new login?
No. Your existing access and your profile stay as they are. There is nothing to re-register and nothing to pay. If your password no longer works, you can set a new one via the password reset.
What does registration cost?
Nothing.Registration, your profile and your listing are free and stay free. Commission applies only when a booking comes through the network.
How do I register?
Registration is freeand takes four steps: you create your account, complete your property profile with rooms, photos and services, we check your profile, and you start receiving requests from corporate planners.
Can I manage several properties or locations with one account?
Yes. Access is personal, so several colleagues can have their own login for the same property. If you look after a chain or a portfolio, Partner Management sets up a Sales Manager login from which you open every assigned property, edit its profile and see the dashboards.
Why list here if I am already on other platforms?
Because of where the demand comes from. Corporate clients book through a structured process with framework agreements, approval rules and central invoicing, digitally from the first request to the invoice.Listing is free, and commission applies only when a booking actually happens.
When do you charge commission?
Only when a booking comes through the network. The rate is 12% on accommodation, F&B and event services, 10% with a Professional account, and no commission applies where a framework agreement between you and the corporate client already exists.
